Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an On-Site Administrative Coordinator. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our reading intervention sessions by managing logistics, supporting students and parents, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a meaningful mission.
Responsibilities:

Session Preparation and Clean-Up:

Arrive 30 minutes before each reading cohort session to prepare materials and the learning environment.

Ensure all curriculum materials are organized and set out for instructors.

Sharpen pencils, distribute supplies, and confirm readiness of resources.

Coordinate snacks for students, lay them out prior to each session, and ensure an organized and clean snack area.

Clean up after each session, ensuring the space is tidy and ready for future use.

Student and Parent Coordination:

Assist students during parent drop-off and pick-up times.
-
Greet families warmly, communicate cohort details, and address parent inquiries professionally.

Escort students into the session location and back to parents at dismissal.

Supervise students while they wait for parents and during transitions.

Student Support:

Monitor and assist students during bathroom breaks.
-
Support students who may need guidance or reassurance during transitions or waiting periods.

Snack Coordination:

Plan, organize, and distribute snacks for each session.

Be mindful of dietary restrictions and allergies, ensuring snacks are safe for all students.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure the safety of students at all times during the session.

Undergo background checks and adhere to all policies regarding child supervision and safety.
