Refund Policy

At Reading Services of Arkansas (RSA), we strive to provide high-quality literacy testing and tutoring services. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Core Structure

• Tuition reserves instructional placement, staffing, and schedule

• Annual enrollment

• Quarterly billing

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

• Placement fee ($100/$50 re-entry)

• Completed Sessions

• Missed Sessions

• Late cancellations/No-shows

• Paid-in-full discounted tuition (rare exceptions)

3. Withdrawls

• Families may exit after current quarter ends with written request

• No refund for current quarter once started

• Future quarters cancelled upon withdrawal

​

4. EFA Responsibility

• Families fiscally responsible for EFA:

  • is delayed beyond processing window​

  • is denied

  • is reduced

• RSA continues services during processing window

​

5. Missed Sessions

• Sick days count towards annual make-up allotment

• Make-up available but limited and structured

​

6. Service Interrupted

Weather/emergency closures (refer to section 13 of Terms and Conditions)

7. Consultation Services

Non-refundable once session begins​
