Refund Policy

At Reading Services of Arkansas, we strive to provide high-quality literacy testing and tutoring services. Please review our refund policy below:

• Literacy Testing:
  Fees for literacy testing are non-refundable once the test has been administered. If you need to reschedule a testing session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
   

• Reading Intervention Services:
  We are committed to providing your child with the highest quality instruction in our semester-long cohorts. To ensure the success of our program, we have the following policies in place:

  • Tuition for each cohort is due in full prior to the start of the semester.

  • Please note that all payments are nonrefundable. This policy allows us to secure your child’s spot and allocate resources effectively for the entire cohort.

  • Missed sessions:

    • Due to the structured nature of our program, we are unable to offer make-up sessions for missed classes.

    • If your child is unable to attend a session, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice so we can prepare any necessary adjustments.

    • Upon request, we are happy to provide learning materials for missed sessions to help your child stay on track.
