Literacy Solutions
We close literacy gaps for historically underserved children, especially those who have experienced foster care, through evidence-based, structured reading support tailored to each child’s needs.
Working Together
We partner with foster families, parents, educators, schools and state, city, and community organizations to ensure every child has access to the literacy support they deserve.
Literacy
First
Strong reading skills open doors to learning, opportunity, and stability. We prioritize literacy so underserved children can build brighter futures.
Holistic Approach
Struggling readers face additional learning or life challenges. Our whole-child approach connects children and caregivers with the support they need to succeed in school and beyond.
Mrs. Brittney has been great to work with. She engages my daughter and is able to tailor the program to help with her specific needs. My daughter’s reading ability has improved vastly in a short amount of time. I am excited to see her continue to improve and gain more skills daily. I wish we would have started with Mrs. Brittney and the Take Flight program from the start.

Mrs. Brittney is fantastic! My son struggles with reading and typically doesn’t like to work on it. Thankfully he loves going to see Mrs Brittney! She meets him exactly where he is and gives him the perfect amount of enthusiasm, challenge, and grace for him to succeed.

We've been really happy with Mrs. Brittney's reading services! Our son is doing a summer reading program and we've seen great improvement in his reading skills already within a five-week period! I would not hesitate to recommend her business to anyone in need of her services!
